• All the photographs and raw videos will e provided in a hard disk given by client

• Raw format file will be given In same hard disk only after clearance of payment

• Photos will be post processed if included in package only after selection of photos

• Post processing of selected images can take 15/20 days during wedding season

• Once images edited no changes can be done to any image

• All services coverage will be for venue itself (Home Rituals, Bidaai & Grahpravesh will not be part of coverage)

• We expect sufficient time to be provided by Bride groom and core family member for pictures, Failing which team would not be responsible for those missing images in the album

• Videos will be edited within 20/25 days after clearance of payment

• Final output of videos will be provided via drive or hard disk provided by client. We do not provide DVDs as it results in compression of video quality

• Client can suggest changes twice for videos after editing after that no changes can be done to the final videos

• Client needs to provide the songs for cinematic videos

• If client does not provide changes within 7/10 day’s we will consider it as final film and shall render it out from our system

• Cinematic videos can totally differ from event to event & Client to clients

• The Wedding Casa takes outmost care to make sure data is safe, but after delivery of the final output, and receiving the confirmation about the final project, due to unusual nature of current technology, The Wedding Casa will not be responsible for any loss of data.

• It is client responsibility to ensure all the files related to project has been delivered successfully, after Confirmation from the client The Wedding Casa will not be held responsible for any misplaced data.

• The Wedding Casa will take precautions for the privacy of project data, but

• Due to copyrights and Completion of the project is been done by The Wedding Casa, it allowed to use the data for the future work if needed.

• Album printing Cost is excluded, if not included in package

• Additional charges would be added for extra sheet in album

• Complimentary goods can differ if new things are launched

• Album size would be 12*36inches with 250 retouched images

• Its Clients responsibility to check all the selected images as well as texts dates included on album sheet are correct and all the images are included in the album before printing

• Any additional work will entail for extra cost
